    BEACH BOOTY personal training sessions are one-on-one workouts at the famous 1000 steps location in Laguna Beach or Strands Beach in Dana Point, California.

    BEACH BOOTY personal training sessions are designed to sculpt your legs and buns, lose body fat, get rid of cellulite and tone muscles in 30 min sessions. No more wasting hours in the gym getting no results.
    These are 30 minute sessions designed to shape and tone your booty, challenge your cardio, strength and conditioning with many different exercises utilizing the stairs and sand.
    These workouts will sculpt your legs and buns, get rid of cellulite, lose body fat, and improving your health no matter your age.

  • Laguna Beach IN HOME personal training

    IN HOME personal training sessions are one-on-one workouts in your own personal gym or fitness room. April will travel to you in Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, or Dana Point locations. These are 60 minute sessions designed to challenge your cardio, strength and conditioning with the equipment you have available at your home.

    These workouts will be designed for your goals of weight loss, fat loss,conditioning and improving your health no matter your age.  Appointment times and days can be decided between you and April. Message April in the CONTACT page or april@aprildfitness.com for scheduling and payment.

    Payment will need to be paid in cash or direct deposit on the 1st of each month.

    This will also include the SIMPLE & CLEAN vegan nutrition Plan:

    April will create a personalized vegan whole food meal plan, considering your current starting point and your desired goals, your food likes and dislikes and any allergies or intolerances you have.

    Personally calculated macronutrient percentage breakdown. This includes how many grams of Carbohydrates, Fats, and Protein you will require each day for healthy wholefood living.

    Personalized calorie goals that you will require each day for best results on a healthy, wholefood meal plan. IIFYM options that fit within you’re set nutritional guidelines and personalized meal plan.

    All meal plans include vegan wholefoods, preferably organic and unprocessed, with no costly ingredients required.

    NO SUPPLEMENTS are required, however vegan protein powders are allowed and optional for each individual to reach their macronutrient goals.

  • The BIKINI BOOTY program

    This program will get you stage ready for bikini competition and photo shoots. This program is best starting 12 weeks out but depending on your current conditioning, could be done in 8 weeks.

    COACHING: This program will include a nutrition plan and workout plan with bi-weekly updates. April will consult with you on a weekly basis via phone or facebook messenger appointments. Guidance for competition suits, tan, make up, jewelry and posing are included.

    April will want front, side and back progress pictures on a bi-weekly basis. You will need to download and track your foods through the MyFitnessPal app so she can monitor your daily food intake.

    MEAL PLAN: You will receive a wholesome vegan meal plan, which will be balanced in all macros. No extreme diet measures are taken to achieve your goals. All meal planning and nutritional advice is wholefood vegan-based. Beans, fruits, grains, veggies, nuts, seeds, nut milks and selected vegan protein powders will be your energy sources. Whole foods that contain no refined or processed ingredients, no additives and no artificial products.
