When I first started training with April I was struggling to lose weight. I tried various workouts and diets for years and nothing seemed to work. April was able to show me an easy, sustainable approach to weight loss. I had no idea that strength training, walking, and a plant-based diet were all I needed. She held me accountable and motivated me to not only show up every week but give 100%. I love the meal plan April provided, it’s filled with nutritious, yummy foods, and it’s something that I could easily incorporate into my routine every week. After 5 months of consistent training and maintaining my diet, I lost 15 lbs! I couldn’t believe the results and I owe it all to April.
