April has been my trainer for 3-years now. I started with her after a weight loss of about 40-pounds. Exercising, (swimming, hiking), we’re part of my regular routine, but the extra skin was there and left me looking skinny but without any muscle tone. Weight training was not anything I had done before, so I was a little hesitant and concerned it would be difficult. Along came April ! Wow, she made weight training something to look forward to and the results went beyond my expectations. Even after just a few sessions I was seeing the difference in my muscle tone. Not only did she help transform my body, but because of her warm personality and persistent encouragement, we became good friends … an extra bonus!
I highly recommend April, she’s the best. So if you’re looking to get in shape and want results even if you’re a newby like I was or a seasoned lifter who needs some extra help, April is the one to call.
