Led by Fitness & Nutrition Specialist April Deweese, Mind-Body Fitness integrates strength training, physical-therapy–based movement, trauma-informed nervous system regulation, and whole-food, plant-based nutrition.
This approach is designed to build muscle and bone density, reduce body fat, restore gut and hormone health, lower systemic inflammation, relieve pain, and prevent and reverse chronic disease by regulating the gut-brain, nervous system, and immune pathways that control metabolism, recovery, and long-term health.

Physical-therapy–based sessions are designed to improve mobility, relieve pain in the back, hips, neck, and shoulders, and restore healthy movement patterns — especially for those managing chronic disease. Sessions use targeted therapeutic stretch and mobility, joint mobility work, and corrective exercises to address stiffness, postural imbalances, and muscle soreness while calming inflammation.

The nervous system plays a crucial role in how your body responds to stress, danger, and rest. Dysregulation can leave the body stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown mode. Our trauma-informed nervous system healing program helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep recovery, emotional stability, better sleep, improved gut health, and resilience to stress.

Private sessions support fat loss, body recomposition, strength, muscle building, mobility, and pain relief through structured, progressive training that adapts to your body and recovery needs. When paired with Therapeutic Stretch & whole-food, plant-based nutrition, these sessions improve metabolic health, support hormone balance, reduce inflammation, and create sustainable, long-term results rather than short-term fixes.

Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and reserve your dedicated training times.

Foundational Nutrition Plan—$120 one-time
A customized blueprint to support lean muscle, metabolic function, gut health, and sustained energy including calorie and macro targets, an anti-inflammatory whole-food framework, and meal guidance. This plan is yours to keep and is required for coaching.
Ongoing Nutrition Coaching — $300/month
Includes your personalized plan, lab-informed wellness education, bi-weekly adjustments, and weekly text support with food tracking review. Designed to optimize body composition, digestive health, energy, and long-term health.

Gentle, one-on-one sessions designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore a sense of safety in the body through somatic movement, breathwork, and grounding practices. This work is especially supportive for people living with chronic stress, chronic illness, pain, or trauma, helping the body return to a more regulated state where healing, digestion, and recovery can occur.

A personalized online coaching experience designed to help you reduce body fat, build lean muscle, and feel confident in your body — without extreme dieting, burnout, or hormone-disrupting restriction. Perfect for summer prep, photoshoots, weddings, or simply feeling strong and sculpted. This program delivers structured, results-driven transformation built around sustainable habits and metabolic health.
You’ll receive a fully customized strength-training and whole-food, plant-based nutrition plan that is updated every two weeks based on your progress. Our Meals That Heal™ nutrition supports fat loss while protecting energy, hormones, and long-term metabolism. Training focuses on building muscle tone and athletic strength — not endless cardio.
Bi-weekly check-ins, progress photos, and macro tracking provide accountability and precision so every adjustment is intentional and data-driven. For physique competitors, optional posing, suit, and peak-week guidance is also available.
