Led by April Deweese, Fitness & Nutrition Specialist for more than 25 years, Mind-Body-Gut Fitness integrates strength training, physical-therapy–based movement, trauma-informed nervous system regulation, and whole-food, plant-based nutrition.


 This approach is designed to build muscle and bone density, reduce body fat, restore gut and hormone health, lower systemic inflammation, relieve pain, and prevent and reverse chronic disease by regulating the gut-brain, nervous system, and immune pathways that control metabolism, recovery, and long-term health.


Our science-based system builds physical strength while stabilizing the nervous system and optimizing gut-brain function, creating a body that is resilient, lean, mobile, and protected against chronic illness.

Physical-therapy–based sessions are designed to improve mobility, relieve pain in the back, hips, neck, and shoulders, and restore healthy movement patterns — especially for those managing chronic pain. Sessions use targeted therapeutic stretch and mobility, joint mobility work, and corrective exercises to address stiffness, postural imbalances, and muscle soreness while calming inflammation.

The nervous system plays a crucial role in how your body responds to stress, danger, and rest. Dysregulation can leave the body stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown mode. Our trauma-informed nervous system regulation program helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting deep recovery, emotional stability, trauma healing, better sleep, improved gut health, and resilience to stress.

Private sessions support fat loss, body recomposition, strength, muscle building, mobility, and pain relief through structured, progressive training that adapts to your body and recovery needs. When paired with therapeutic stretch & whole-food, plant-based nutrition, these sessions improve metabolic health, build lean muscle, support hormone balance, reduce inflammation, and create sustainable, long-term results rather than short-term fixes.


Sessions: 30–60 minutes • In-home, private studio or online

STRUCTURED MONTHLY PROGRAMS:


3x per week (12 sessions/month):

• 30-min. sessions (65)— $780 /mo.

• 45-min. (97.5)— $1,170 /mo.

• 60-min. (130)— $1,560 /mo.


2x per week (8 sessions/month):

• 30-min. sessions (70)— $560 /mo.

• 45-min. (105)— $840 /mo.

• 60-min. (140)— $1,120 /mo.


Consistency & Care Policies

Your body only adapts with consistency. For that reason, all training programs are built around commitment and structure.


Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and reserve your dedicated training times.

A whole-food, plant-based system designed to support lean muscle growth, reduce body fat, restore gut-brain health while lowering chronic disease risk. By stabilizing blood sugar, supporting hormone balance, reducing inflammation and cholesterol, and replenishing essential nutrients, this program helps rebuild energy, mood, and mental clarity from the inside out.


Every client receives a personalized Meals That Heal™ nutrition plan built around whole foods, flexible macros, and sustainable habits — not restriction or detoxes.


PLANS:


FOUNDATIONAL NUTRITION PLAN—$120 one-time

A customized blueprint to support lean muscle, metabolic function, gut health, and sustained energy including calorie and macro targets, an anti-inflammatory whole-food framework, and meal guidance. This plan is yours to keep and is required for nutrition coaching.


ONGOING NUTRITION COACHING — $300/month

Includes your personalized plan, lab-informed wellness education, bi-weekly adjustments, and weekly text support with food tracking review. Designed to optimize body composition, digestive health, energy, and long-term health.

Gentle, one-on-one sessions designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore a sense of safety in the body through somatic movement, breathwork, and grounding practices. This work is especially supportive for people living with chronic stress, chronic illness, pain, or trauma, helping the body return to a more regulated state where healing, digestion, and recovery can occur.

A personalized body recomposition coaching experience designed to help you reduce body fat, build lean muscle, and feel confident in your body — without extreme dieting, burnout, or hormone-disrupting restriction. 


Perfect for summer prep, competition prep, photoshoots, weddings, or simply feeling strong and sculpted. This program delivers structured, results-driven transformation built around sustainable habits and metabolic health.


You’ll receive a fully customized workout program and Meals That Heal™ nutrition plan that are both updated every two weeks based on your progress. Our nutrition supports fat loss while protecting energy, hormones, and long-term metabolism while training focuses on building muscle tone and athletic strength — not endless cardio. 


Bi-weekly check-ins, progress photos, and macro tracking provide accountability and precision so every adjustment is intentional and data-driven. For physique competitors, optional posing, suit, and peak-week guidance is also available.


Program length is determined based on your goals and starting point:
