Personal Training STUDIO sessions are workouts designed to Build Muscle, strength, mobility and conditioning, sculpt your legs and buns, lose body fat, get rid of cellulite, challenge your cardio, and improve your health no matter your age.

These are 30-60 minute sessions utilizing free weights, stretching, medicine balls, kettlebells, cable machines, Leg Press and other studio equipment.

Work one-on-one with April who has the experience and knowledge to get you the results you need in less time. Membership fees may apply.

Appointment times and days can be decided between you and April.

30 minutes:
single session: $70
10 sessions per month: $650 = $65ea

45 minutes:
single session: $105
10 sessions per month: $950 = $95ea

60 minutes:
single session: $140
10 sessions per month: $1300 = $130ea
